Now back to serious business... my first project for my students is to create a relief design out of multiples using origami/kurigami and pop-up /folding cutting techniques. The outcome can be diverse from an art object to a wallcovering design.. students were asked to research and develop a design concept! All work should be made out of white index cards and linked together in a sophisticated manner by only using wire or metal.

Paperforms 3D Recycled Wallpaper Modules By Jaime Salm

To cash in on the recent 3D frenzy, a number of designers are marketing their creations as "third dimensional". The Paperforms 3D Recycled Wallpaper by Jaime Salm does complete justice to its 3D tag as it adds texture to any room. These textured panels measure 12x12 and can be glued with wallpaper paste or the good old double sided tape. The fact that Paperforms are manufactured from 100% post and pre-consumer waste paper makes us like it even more. You can order the affordable recycled modules from here.
